Learn how products move from vendor to customer and the importance of product knowledge and world-class service.</li><li>Assist with material handing (shipping/receiving) and field services to gain hands-on experience with the products and solutions we provide.</li></ul><p><strong>Phase 2 &#xa0;- Operations&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Step into the engine room. You’ll work across order management, inventory, pricing, credit, and operational controls.</li><li>Develop professional skills and a deeper understanding of the backbone of our business.</li></ul><p><strong>Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Account Management</strong></p><ul><li>This is where it comes together. Go from helping customers with various product and service issues to managing large-scale projects.</li><li>Analyze detailed engineering design drawings and complete project take offs for municipal and industrial jobs.</li><li>Learn how to find new business opportunities and build customer and vendor relationships that last for decades.</li></ul><p>At the end of the program, you and your Profit Centre Manager will map out the career track best suited to your strengths and ambitions.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>We care looking for a candidate with the right drive and attitude.
