Mini Bulk Management</strong><br><ul><li>Review and approve mini bulks based on visual assessment, color data, and fabric quality, following established checklists.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the Mini Bulk Master File.</li><li>Provide clear comments, approvals, and signed copies to suppliers.</li><li>Maintain hard copy and digital filing systems for all mini bulk approvals.</li></ul><strong>3. Bulk Shade Management</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinate with the Quality team to replace expired mini bulk standards with updated references and manage renewal timelines.</li><li>Perform first bulk shade cross-checks using color data systems upon request from QC or suppliers.</li></ul><strong>4. Trims & Accessories Development</strong><br><ul><li>Manage development and approval of labels, packaging, and finishing accessories in collaboration with suppliers and HQ.</li><li>Review trim cards received from factories, complete approval checks, and issue signed approvals.</li></ul><strong>5. Communication & Coordination</strong><br><ul><li>Liaise with factories on lab dips, fabric quality, trims, and mini bulk processes.</li><li>Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication across internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><strong>6. Parcel & Sample Management</strong><br><ul><li>Arrange dispatch of lab dips, mini bulks, and accessories to HQ.</li><li>Track parcels to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.</li></ul><strong>7.
