    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Phlebotomy Technician - Minneapolis, MN, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational weekends</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The Phlebotomy Technician is responsible for accurately performing and processing, Point of Care Testing (POC), venous and capillary blood collection from adults, infants, and children and all related functions.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Pay range: $23.00 - $28.00 / hour</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
