This position blends operational leadership with creative marketing, community engagement, and brand‑building strategy—ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, innovation, and service excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, will vary from opening to closing, with rotating weekend coverage.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead daily operations across multiple foodservice venues including a casual bistro, a seasonal outdoor grille, catering and an upscale/casual restaurant to open this summer</li>\n <li>Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty</li>\n <li>Manage budgets, analyze market trends, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and operational execution</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 managers and approximately 20 frontline employees</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, professional development, and accountability</li>\n <li>Plan and host restaurant special event, build local partnerships, and champion community engagement</li>\n <li>Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
