Conduct deep-dive research into target accounts to ensure our sales approach is data-driven and relevant. Act as the first point of contact for the brand, navigating complex organizations to find and engage the right stakeholders. Work alongside seasoned sales veterans and marketing pros to refine our "go-to-market" message and find new ways to win.   To be a good fit for the Sales Development Representative role, you will have: At least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Recruitment role  A self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail and a relentless approach to follow-ups. A dynamic, high-energy personality with the grit and persistence required to reach key decision-makers. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to resonate with diverse audiences. Proven ability to build strong internal relationships through clear, concise, and timely communication.
