In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing both light and heavy machinery, while also supporting special projects across our operations. This position is critical to ensuring our equipment runs efficiently, safely, and reliably.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Perform maintenance and repairs on light and heavy equipment, including trucks, tractors, and trailers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify issues and ensure optimal performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Utilize welding techniques to repair or fabricate parts as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts, fluids, and repair services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Collaborate with field service teams to resolve equipment issues at job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">3+ years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Welding skills for repair and fabrication work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Ability to plan, organize, and maintain accurate equipment records</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Proficient in Microsoft Office and general electronic communication tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Strong verbal and written communication skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and stoop for extended periods (up to 10 hours)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits Package</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match </li>\n<li>ESOP - (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) participation </li>\n<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">*In accordance with Washington State law, criminal history will not be requested or considered until later in the hiring process.  Any offer of employment may be contingent upon a background check conducted in accordance with applicable laws.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">**Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position, which involves working on and around heavy equipment and vehicles, candidates may be required, as a condition of employment,  to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for substances that may impair safe job performance, in accordance with applicable laws.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>",
