          "text": "<p>We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic&#xa0;<strong>Group Reformer Pilates Coordinator </strong>to join the team<strong>.</strong>&#xa0;This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.</p><p>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with other departments in the club to ensure members have a well-rounded experience</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to all Equinox members and guests</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and development</li><li>Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness</li><li>Supervising the Group Pilates staff and operations of the Group Pilates program to ensure the highest level of programming and customer service&#xa0;</li><li>Assuring classes are full and high member participation</li><li>Recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, directing, coaching and evaluating Group Pilates instructors and classes</li><li>Ensuring that the group fitness studios are well maintained</li><li>Maintaining monthly payroll expenses and supply expenses at or below budget</li><li>Deliver the Equinox Experience to our members in each class</li><li>Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary</li><li>Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class</li><li>Ensure class begins and ends on time</li><li>Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum</li></ul>",
