We are a subsidiary of Nikkiso Company Ltd, a leading industrial manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, with $1.5 B USD in annual revenue, 8000 + employees worldwide, and publicly traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.</p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Project Manager is responsible for full life cycle project management for a variety of customers. The Project Manager ensures project scope is established and resources are properly allocated so that complete customer satisfaction is achieved and project deliverables are met within budget in a timely manner.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Identifies project stakeholders and determine their needs and expectations</li>\n <li>Coordinates all project management activities on assigned projects with focus on managing schedule, budget, and risks and their mitigations</li>\n <li>Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned project work; monitors work to ensure on-time release and delivery</li>\n <li>Performs cost accounting and risk/opportunity management</li>\n <li>Ensures extensive regular contact with assigned project clients and equipment vendors is met</li>\n <li>Participates in client/contractor meetings and resolves project management issues</li>\n <li>Ensures project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately</li>\n <li>Ensures effective communication and coordination of project requirements pertaining to assigned projects between all Nikkiso disciplines and all other project participants</li>\n <li>Generates project schedules, project budgets, statement of work, and customer status reports</li>\n <li>Generates project status updates monthly and manages day-to-day project communication to clients</li>\n <li>Implements and tracks project budgets and schedules</li>\n <li>Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements</li>\n <li>Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards</li>\n <li>Creates and executes project work plans</li>\n <li>Communicates with customers and internal team, revising work plans to meet changing needs and/or requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have 5-10 years of experience</li>\n <li>Must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of project management standards and best practices</li>\n <li>Must possess data management and problem-solving expertise</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Experience with performance management and ability to evaluate situations quickly and accurately</li>\n <li>Skilled in motivating fellow team members to excel</li>\n <li>Experience resolving conflicts and promoting organizational effectiveness</li>\n <li>Must have change management and customer relations management experience</li>\n <li>Excellent negotiation skills are a must</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environmental and Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In order to perform the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls</li>\n <li>Overtime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This may include week days, weekends, nights and/or holidays</li>\n <li>Job will generally be performed in an office environment, but may require travel to a Client's office, production facility or industrial/construction job site. Conditions will vary at each location, but the conditions listed above will generally apply</li>\n <li>Lifting up to 30 lbs. may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental Safety Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>New Employee Safety Training is required by all newly hired employees, including Safety Awareness</li>\n <li>All safety related training is provided and tracked by the EHS Director</li>\n <li>Job specific training modules deemed necessary by employee’s Manager or Director will be required of all employees on an ongoing basis</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Employees are required to wear Nikkiso provided PPE as/when needed. PPEs include, safety shoes, safety glasses, face shields, FR clothing, cryogenic gloves, cryogenic apron, cut resistant gloves, safety gloves, hearing protection, hard hats & dust masks.
