Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel</strong>: Extensive travel required. Attendance at various Kinney business and management conferences may be required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shifts</strong>: Includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess the needs of our customers, current and future.</li>\n <li>Travel to customer locations as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li>\n <li>Provide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locations. </li>\n <li>Maintain consistent follow through on all reported customer concerns and report to management.</li>\n <li>Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. med pass audits, training, in-services)</li>\n <li>Assist in the implementation of all corporate pharmacy marketing, advertising and promotional programs are fully executed and implemented</li>\n <li>Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions</li>\n <li>Maintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice</li>\n <li>Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information</li>\n <li>Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.</li>\n <li>Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines</li>\n <li>Assist in the training and development of all pharmacy department personnel, including use of the Kinney Pharmacy Clerk and Technician Training Program</li>\n <li>Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed </li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: LPN, RN preferred </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Posses and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Nursing</li>\n <li>Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Skills Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong Organizational skills</li>\n <li>Basic keyboarding skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> $42,740.88 - $65,963.71 per year</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
