We are recruiting for the following position</strong>:</p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"><b>Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization</b></p><p><u>Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor -&#160;Posting #27275</u></p><p>Hourly Rate: $36.05 - $38.46<br>Annual Salary: $75,000 - $80,000</p><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>Full-Time Clinical Supervisor position available for our Behavioral Health Clinic at Vancouver - Salmon Creek. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed.&#160;<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for employment, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work/caseloads for employees. Reviewing client charts to ensure compliance with BHO, DBHR, and TJC (The Joint Commission) requirements.</li><li>Provide clinical individual and group supervision to all mental health therapists, peer specialists, case managers and program staff working on your site.</li><li>Review and approve the therapists&#8217; clinical documentation in Epic, as appropriate.</li><li>In partnership with the Manager, ensure staff meets their weekly service hours and monthly productivity requirements.</li><li>In collaboration with the manager, ensure QI reports are completed on a timely manner.</li><li>Provide clinical supervision of mental health staff as required by WAC and ensure client care is provided according to the WAC, county contracts, TJC, and Sea Mar Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Ensure system integration of care (primary care, behavioral health, dental care and overall health) for all patients.</li><li>Consult and collaborate with other professionals/agencies on client evaluations, treatment plans and follow-up.</li><li>Ensure client retention and treatment success.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and/or Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&#8217;s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.</li><li>Mental Health Professional; certification as minority Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC, is preferred</li><li>Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP). Licensed status (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).</li><li>At least five&#160;years&#8217; experience in the field, with some administrative experience (two years post fully licensed).</li><li>Highly Preferred:&#160;&#160;Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential or eligible and working towards.</li><li>This position must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and is required to maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:115%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:115%;\">What We Offer:</span></span></strong></span></span></span></p><p>Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
