This position will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and inspection of organizational outpatient healthcare facilities and property, including buildings/structures, parking lots, grounds, machinery, fixtures, appliances, vehicles, emergency and safety equipment, etc. The position will be performed in multiple outpatient mental healthcare facilities in the Northern Kentucky region, including Kenton, Boone, Campbell, Pendleton, Grant, Carroll, Owen, and Gallatin counties. <strong>General work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.</strong></p><p><strong>PERKS & PAY</strong></p><ul><li>Salary: <strong>$18.15 an hour</strong></li><li>Up to 12% annual contingency bonus</li><li>Generous plan for paid time off (PTO) (Up to 16 days first year)</li><li>10 Paid Holidays</li><li>Individual and family insurance coverage: Various medical, vision, and dental plans to choose from</li><li>HSA Employer match up to $1000, depending on plan</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Professional Development</li><li>Potential eligibility for Student Loan Forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required. Trade School in a relevant field preferred.</li><li>1-5 years experience with maintenance, and/or safety duties, including but not limited to HVAC, fire and emergency systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, security, carpentry, and/or other general repair work.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities.</li><li>Strong written, oral, and customer-service communication skills.</li><li>Ability to assume responsibilities and work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to drive a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.</li><li>Ability to be on-call in case of emergency.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours.</li><li>Experience and ability to utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel) and web-based facilities management systems, such as Facilities Management Express.</li></ul><p><strong>JOB DUTIES</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of all NorthKey facilities, including buildings/structures, parking lots, grounds, machinery, fixtures, appliances, vehicles, emergency and safety equipment, etc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all operational, environmental, and other regulatory and policy compliance requirements.</li><li>Identify and address all maintenance and repair needs as they arise in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance, repair, and other facilities projects to ensure the continued operation of the business.</li><li>Communicate with staff and outside vendors/contractors in a customer-friendly, professionally appropriate manner.</li><li>Maintain records and report on scheduled maintenance and repair activities.</li><li>Monitor equipment, gauges, heating/cooling systems, fire alarm systems, plumbing, electrical systems, vehicles, etc.</li><li>Respond to emergencies in a responsive, efficient, and effective manner.</li><li>When needed, assist in duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, waxing, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, washing walls, washing windows, etc.</li><li>Assist with organizational moves (ie. moving furniture, appliances, equipment, etc.).</li><li>Properly maintain facilities and grounds during snow and ice events.</li><li>Provide on-call and emergency after-hours services as necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>NORTHKEY COMMUNITY CARE - COMPANY OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>Since 1966, NorthKey Community Care (NorthKey) has provided effective and efficient mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities services to the Northern Kentucky region with the commitment to providing the right service, at the right time, and in the right place.
