Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Sweeps and vacuum carpets and floors.</li>\n <li>Mops floors.</li>\n <li>Dusts and polishes fixtures, furniture and flooring.</li>\n <li>Clean windows and doors.</li>\n <li>Wash and wipe down of stairwells, base boards, walls, waste cans and other items as assigned.</li>\n <li>Remove trash cans and debris.</li>\n <li>Prompt attention to cleaning up spills or accidents or debris.</li>\n <li>Conducts all guest and staff interactions in a pleasant and helpful manner and be knowledgeable of and forthright with information about our property and services.</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean working area at all times and ensure that equipment and work materials are not left in an unsafe or unsightly manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Less than 6 months of prior work experience. </li>\n <li>Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.  </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.   </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).</li>\n <li>Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walking 40% of the time.</li>\n <li>Standing 30% of the time.</li>\n <li>Bending and lifting 30% of the time.</li>\n <li>Climbing up heights in excess of 10 feet.</li>\n <li>Lifting/moving maximum of 5 to 25 lbs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment up to 25 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.</li>\n <li>Requires manual dexterity to use and operate necessary equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
