This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management excellence, and the ability to navigate the complex regulatory and safety requirements of advanced nuclear technology development.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management &amp; Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead simultaneous project streams across the Reactor Pilot Program and Fuel Line Pilot Facility, ensuring alignment with overall IMSR development objectives</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for multiple concurrent initiatives</li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, safety, quality assurance, licensing and regulatory compliance</li>\n<li>Implement and maintain project management methodologies appropriate for nuclear technology development environments</li>\n<li>Track and report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with internal engineering teams, R&amp;D, Procurement, and executive leadership to ensure alignment of pilot program objectives with organizational strategic goals</li>\n<li>Manage relationships and information transfer with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of critical components and materials while maintaining quality standards and cost targets</li>\n<li>Facilitate engagement with EPC contractors, coordinating design reviews, construction milestones, and commissioning activities across multiple project phases</li>\n<li>Present project updates, technical findings, and resource requirements to internal governance committees and senior management</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong working relationships with procurement and supply chain teams to anticipate and resolve material availability challenges</li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal Safety, Quality Assurance, and Licensing teams to ensure all pilot program activities meet compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Act as liaison between EPC contractors and internal technical teams during facility construction and commissioning phases</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk &amp;
