The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This pay for this position starts at $15.50 / hour.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at the Charleston International Airport (CHS): 5500 International Blvd 119 Charleston, SC 29418 </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The seasonal window ends on or before November 11, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days. The start date will be on or after March 3, 2026. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The schedule available is:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Shift: 5:00pm-1:00am</li>\n <li>Must work Saturday and Sunday </li>\n <li>Part time or Full time hours available </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely</li>\n <li>Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control</li>\n <li>Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option</li>\n <li>Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image</li>\n <li>Ensure that “Booth” is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers</li>\n <li>Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth</li>\n <li>Make eye contact and greet all customers; thank customer at the conclusion of all transactions</li>\n <li>Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessary</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customer</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n <li>Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>This is a seasonal position and you may work up to 180 working days during the defined season</li>\n</ul>",
