These roles will focus on hands‑on development, data transformation, performance optimization, and operational support within an established Oracle/SAS ecosystem.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidates are strong individual contributors who are comfortable working in complex, rules‑driven environments and partnering closely with senior engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Core Development & Data Engineering</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code supporting large‑scale data transformations and reporting pipelines.</li>\n <li>Build and enhance views, packages, procedures, and data validation logic aligned with business rules and audit requirements.</li>\n <li>Assist with schema evolution, table refactoring, and controlled deprecation of legacy objects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data Quality, Stability & Audit Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support data integrity, reconciliation, and historical traceability requirements.</li>\n <li>Diagnose and remediate data quality issues surfaced by downstream consumers (Finance, Sales Ops, Analytics).</li>\n <li>Participate in audit support, documentation, and reproducibility of historical results.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Integration & Upstream Change Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adapt Oracle logic to upstream data changes from platforms such as PDH, EDW, and third‑party data sources (e.g., D&B).</li>\n <li>Help implement defensive logic and validation when upstream data is incomplete or inconsistent.</li>\n <li>Partner with senior team members to stabilize integrations during release cycles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Production & Release Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support monthly release activities, including validation, troubleshooting, and post‑deployment fixes.</li>\n <li>Investigate job failures, performance issues, and production defects.</li>\n <li>Contribute to operational improvements to reduce rework and technical debt.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong expertise in:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Oracle SQL and VSCode</li>\n  <li>Complex joins, analytic functions, and performance tuning</li>\n  <li>Packages, procedures, functions, and views</li>\n  <li>Designing, supporting, and optimizing relational databases ( preferably Oracle, SQL Server, or Exadata)</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Experience working with large, complex relational datasets</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and implement business rules embedded in data logic</li>\n <li>Experience supporting production data environments with regular release cycles</li>\n <li>Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working alongside SAS‑based data processing or analytics platforms</li>\n <li>Experience with Java JPA, Entity-relationships, and Mapping annotations,</li>\n <li>Exposure to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Revenue, pipeline, sales credit, or financial reporting data</li>\n  <li>Audit or compliance‑driven data environments</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Familiarity with:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Git/GitHub or source control best practices</li>\n  <li>Data lineage, historical tracking, or slowly changing dimensions</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Experience refactoring or modernizing legacy Oracle codebases</li>\n <li>Experience with AI Chats and agents ( ex. copilot)</li>\n <li>Experience with LLM's ( ex. Gemini, Grok, Claude, ChatGPT)</li>\n <li>Experience with MCP's from Oracle, Atlassian, GitHub, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What Success Looks Like in This Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You quickly become productive in an established Oracle codebase.</li>\n <li>You reduce strain on senior engineers by owning well‑defined development and support tasks.</li>\n <li>You help improve stability, performance, and data confidence without needing to redesign the platform.</li>\n <li>You collaborate effectively, ask the right questions, and deliver reliable solutions in a complex environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team & Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Part of a Business Data & Analytics organization supporting multiple enterprise stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Highly collaborative environment working with data engineers, analysts, and business partners.</li>\n <li>Focus on data accuracy, auditability, and reliability over rapid greenfield development.</li>\n</ul>",
