    "description_html": "<p><strong>Role:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Sr. Manager, Environmental Health and Safety will serve as the strategic and hands-on leader for Environmental Health and Safety across Century Therapeutics’ Branchburg, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Boston, MA sites. Based in Branchburg (NJ), you will provide both on-site and virtual support to ensure regulatory compliance, lead safety initiatives, and manage the day-to-day EHS programs, processes, and activities that keep our teams safe. This role partners closely with scientific and operational groups, oversees third-party EHS contractors, and plays a key role in strengthening a proactive, engaged safety culture aligned with the company’s mission.</p><p><br></p><p>The expected salary range for this role is approximately $172,000 - $185,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits offered include but are not limited to an annual performance-based bonus (prorated by start date), medical, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401K plan, and 20+ days per-year of PTO (prorated by start date).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>",
