    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>AS A SOFTWARE PRODUCT OWNER, YOU WILL:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 26.47px\">\n <li><span>Be an advocate for the customer to improve the user experience design</span></li>\n <li><span>Work directly with our software engineering development and test teams to refine and implement functional requirements&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Support global product launches and release activities</span></li>\n <li><span>Communicate product management activities to all levels of the organization as the product owner</span></li>\n <li><span>Reference product roadmap to prioritize, socialize and implement software enhancement with software development and test teams</span></li>\n <li><span>Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Constantly look for ways to increase the team's velocity/productivity by eliminating waste and identifying creative ways to accelerate delivery timelines</span></li>\n <li><span>Help build and maintain high team morale</span></li>\n <li><span>Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with requirements and priorities</span></li>\n <li><span>Facilitation skills – ability to lead small to medium groups of internal stakeholders towards desired outcomes to meet business objectives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE:</strong></p>\n<p><span>You identify and seize new opportunities. You are a great communicator.</span></p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 26.47px\">\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or Software Development or a Marketing degree with product management emphasis or equivalent work experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>3 to 7 years’ experience in a software product owner role or equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 10%</li>\n <li><span>Strong communication and presentation skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 26.47px\">\n <li>Experience with Agile development methodologies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span>Familiarity with Requirements Management Software (e.g. Jama) and development task management</span></span><br><br><br>\n  &nbsp;</p>",
