You&rsquo;ll work directly with customers to keep their vehicles running safely and efficiently &mdash; performing tire, lubrication, and general maintenance work in a clean, professional environment.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>PURPOSE</strong></p><p>As an employee in Petroleum/Station Operations at Central Valley Ag you will be responsible for servicing customers&rsquo; vehicles, maintenance including, but not limited to tires, lubrication, petroleum and other service requests with positive and professional service and support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Provide outstanding customer service.</li><li>Identifies potential maintenance needs for clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides courteous and timely service requests or explains available services.</li><li>Offers advice on the purchase or sale of petroleum products.&nbsp;</li><li>Records transactions accurately and keeps clients informed regarding transactions.&nbsp;</li><li>Confers with customers and/or petroleum personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service/equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Location Manager on inventory and equipment needs.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.</li><li>Ensure inventory is stored properly and neatly.</li><li>Ensure shop area is clean and professional in appearance.</li><li>Schedules customer requests, specifications or needs.</li><li>Promote CVA Safety culture.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1537\"><br></p><p data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1537\"><strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1325\">Training &amp; Growth:</strong><br data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1328\">We&rsquo;ll help you succeed with <strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1377\">hands-on training</strong> from experienced team members.
