Ascertain that all health and safety regulations are followed. Develop strategies for meeting work deadlines. Examine blueprints and sketches. Materials and supplies must be requested. Resolve work issues and make recommendations to increase productivity. Requirements Bachelor ‘s degree in construction science, building science, surveying, or safety in construction. At least 5 years of construction experience is required. Licenses and bonds are required. Business and communication skills. Courses in project management would be beneficial. Knowledge of project management software. Benefits Terms of Employment: Fulltime Permanent Position 32 to 44 hours per week Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime Salary: $35.00 - $49.50 per hour Required Years of Experience: At least 5 years of construction experience is required.
