To learn more about our property, please visit: <a href=\"https://www.hamiltonparc.com/\" target=\"_blank\">Hamilton Parc</a></p><p><strong>Transportation + Vehicle Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Operates and maintains buses in a safe and legal manner</li><li>Transports van to repair shop when required for oil changes and all necessary repairs</li><li>Maintains daily trip log, detailing mileage and gas</li><li>Reports any vehicle accidents or resident injuries to the Manager immediately&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews calendar monthly, weekly, and daily for scheduled trips to plan accordingly</li></ul><h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Resident Services + Event Support</span></strong></h1><ul><li>Assists Lifestyle Coordinator with scheduled events, parties, etc.</li><li>Assists team members with light cleaning duties when there are no resident activities scheduled that require driving the van</li><li>Provides backup coverage/support for front desk Concierge &ndash; as needed</li></ul><h5><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Work Environment + Physical Demands</span></strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> </span></strong></h5><ul><li>May be exposed to outdoor spaces, service areas, or other environments, which will, by their nature, have variances in air quality, temperature, walking surfaces, lighting, and other physical aspects</li><li>May be exposed to substances such as &ndash; paints, cleaning agents, chemicals, which may have various odors that may be considered irritants</li><li>Frequent body movements include lifting, moving, transferring, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching</li><li>Must be able to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle.</li><li>Frequent entering and exiting of the van throughout the workday.</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted, with twisting and turning of the torso, and stand or walk for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions</li></ul><h5><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Job Overview + Requirements</span></strong></h5><ul><li><strong>Job Type:</strong> Van Driver; non &ndash; exempt; $19.00 per hour plus bonus program.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Work Hours</strong>: Days/Hours vary due to resident activities; Typically, Monday - Saturday&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>: lifting, moving, transferring, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching. Must be able to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle.</li><li><strong>Required Education</strong>: Minimum High School education or equivalent is required</li><li><strong>Required Experience</strong>: Must be 25 years of age with three (3) years of driving experience. &nbsp;Must have a valid driver&#39;s license &ndash; CDL is preferred. &nbsp;Efficient knowledge of traffic violations. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Qualities:</strong> Clean driving record that demonstrates sound judgment and good safety habits. &nbsp;Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level.
