You have progressive experience working on project teams and place a high importance on quality work.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Binnie is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Langley Development Division, which provides professional civil engineering services for local municipalities and private developers alike. Typical projects include road and utility improvements and replacements, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control and major residential, commercial, and industrial developments.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will be based out of our Langley office. This is a full-time position, which also offers a hybrid working arrangement.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will work with our experienced Senior Project Managers and our talented engineering team to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement. A relocation reimbursement will be offered if relocation is required for the opportunity.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">YOUR ROLE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Engaging in active business development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acting as the key contact on projects working with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and support staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preparing proposals and reports in coordination with our proposal team (under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare for and attend project meetings, including presenting to the clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with your Division Manager and other Project Managers to secure the required Binnie resources necessary to complete your project deliverables on schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with the technical design team for client deliverables, including technical input to the deliverables where required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete monthly invoicing and return all invoices to the Project Biller by deadline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Developing project schedules and coordinating resources</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring budget and progress on projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing mentoring and guidance to the project design team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">4+ years of experience in a relevant industry, local experience in land development or municipal engineering projects preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At least one year of exposure to project management and a basic understanding of project management principles and processes including overseeing accountability of project delivery metric</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Post-secondary education and/or credentials such as P.Eng., AScT or equivalent preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage competing priorities and meet commitment deadlines while working </span>concurrently on multiple projects</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a </span>professional consulting environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solid civil engineering design experience and progressive project management experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication and leadership skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">ABOUT BINNIE:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are the people behind the infrastructure you use every day.
