If you are looking to be a part of something more than just a job – <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Make the move, apply today!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Corporate Mechanical, LLC has been waiting for you!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Warehouse Supervisor </span><br>to play a key role within our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONSTRUCTION and SERVICE </span>divisions at <em>Corporate Mechanical of New England!</em> They will be responsible for the warehouse and overseeing two-three employees in our fabrication shop and out to our job sites across New England. This position is located in Woburn, MA.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling deliveries to jobsites</li>\n<li>Ordering tools and material as needed</li>\n<li>Tracking inventory - Through our IT systems</li>\n<li>Keeping track of tools / equipment - Through our IT systems</li>\n<li>Help with unloading of material using a forklift</li>\n<li>Scheduling our Fleet trucks for maintenance / repair work. </li>\n<li>Overseeing the cleanliness of the warehouse</li>\n<li>And any other duties assigned to them from the Mechanical Superintend</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>Valid driver's license in MA</p>\n<p>Ability to pass a DOT medical exam or possession of a valid DOT medical card</p>\n<p>Flexibility to work outside of basic job description</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Corporate Mechanical of New England:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Corporate Mechanical of New England, a subsidiary of Arden Building Companies, specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings throughout the Boston area. <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Our comprehensive skill sets cover a wide range of services, including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection construction, service, maintenance, and building automation.
