If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages the successful execution of water and wastewater utility projects</li>\n <li>Applies acute technical and project delivery knowledge to advise clients throughout the project life cycle and meet or exceed budget, schedule, and quality goals</li>\n <li>Leads and oversees project teams in the planning, design, construction, and/or commissioning of projects of various sizes</li>\n <li>Supervises and coordinates the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist with specific assignments</li>\n <li>Prepares reports, technical memoranda, specifications, and cost estimates</li>\n <li>Maintains a culture of effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders</li>\n <li>Partners with local business development teams to identify project opportunities and assists with proposal preparation, including project scopes and cost estimates</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering</li>\n <li>15+ years of water project experience</li>\n <li>Experience delivering and managing water treatment, water transmission/distribution, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning projects</li>\n <li>Registration as a Professional Engineer </li>\n <li>Experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team</li>\n <li>Works well in a team environment</li>\n <li>Ability to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering</li>\n <li>Design and construction phase experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>\n<p>$145,000 to $180,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.</p>\n<h2>Other Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
