Provides superior guest service both internally and externally.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>&nbsp;Contributes to a high energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with an entertaining, fun and dynamic experience.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Knows and follows the Internal Controls set in place by the Cow Creek Gaming and Regulatory Commission.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Maintains thorough knowledge of all current and upcoming events and promotions.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Responsible for assisting in promotions and campaigns by answering guest questions, executing drawings, doing payouts, and making announcements that are professional and engaging.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Conducts announcements on the Casino public address system for promotional drawings, guest requests and other department requests.
