Follows the outlined treatment plan as developed by a physical therapist for each patient, involving physical means, such as exercise, massage, heat, etc. Direct and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, utilizing pulleys and weights, steps and inclined surfaces and other therapy. Gives instruction in posture control and therapeutic procedures to be continued by the patient.
