copies of letters, faxes, telephone numbers, conversation notes, e-mails, customer meeting notes, field drawings and sketches, layouts, and any other customer communications.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Monitors charges of labor, purchased parts, and raw materials to ensure only appropriate charges are accumulated on the project.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Monitors equipment design and drafting to ensure that equipment is designed and built according to specification.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Provides information and direction to Engineering Groups to ensure efficient, correct, and on‑time completion of engineering work.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Secures the involvement of appropriate Regional Sales Manager whenever a change of scope of supply is needed. &nbsp;Changes of scope must be put into effect by contract addendum and work order supplement.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Leads/Participates in work order meetings, project initiation meetings, and other meetings as necessary.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Supports Sales and Engineering activities by visiting proposed job sites and collecting after completion by establishing a final punch-list together with the customer and other Astec departments, ensuring completion of all items for Astec action to allow collection of final
