This role combines controllership and FP&amp;A responsibilities while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The team provides three core functions to clients:</p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial oversight</span> — ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of month-end financial reporting</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Controllership services</span> — improving accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiencies</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial analysis</span> — supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities Include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing fractional controllership services<br></li>\n<li>Oversee the month-end close and financial reporting process for key clients</li>\n<li>Review financial statements and identify trends and opportunities through variance and financial analysis</li>\n<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and other FP&amp;A initiatives<br></li>\n<li>Develop and improve accounting workflows, controls, and reporting processes</li>\n<li>Create industry-specific metrics to monitor financial performance</li>\n<li>Prepare client-specific internal reporting and financial insights</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with bookkeeping and tax teams to ensure alignment and accuracy</li>\n<li>Lead client meetings and communicate financial results and recommendations clearly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Job Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate has:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA designation (preferred) or MBA with strong accounting and finance experience</li>\n<li>3+ years of FP&amp;A, controllership, or other progressive accounting/finance experience</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, particularly month-end close processes</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong familiarity with cloud accounting platforms and Microsoft Excel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to investigate issues and problem-solve using professional judgement independently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Foresight to be proactive and complete tasks with minimal oversight</span></li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing remote team environment</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lead client meetings and think strategically</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Great communicator.<span> </span></span>You’re confident, clear, and professional in both writing and conversation. Bookkeeping, invoicing, payables, tax rates, and more.
