          "text": "<p><strong>Uniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining Uniform Service and ensuring the compliance with Company policies and procedures.</strong></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for developing and delivering new uniforms, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and maintaining accurate and efficient stock management.</li><li>Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Floor Operations to ensure availability of uniforms for new hires / collection of uniforms from employees leaving the company;</li><li>Analyzing and resolving quality and service problems;</li><li>Coordinating daily uniform service and maintaining stock of all uniforms;</li><li>Keeping uniform storage and uniforms clean, tidy and efficiently organized;</li><li>Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Nevos etc.)</li><li>Develop and maintain internal documentation for Evolution Uniform Service unit in compliance with general Company policies and supporting business needs;</li><li>Communication with Evolution teams on design and delivery of new uniforms and revamp of the existing uniforms in compliance with general Company policies;</li><li>Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.</li></ul>",
