This will be performed in a home-like setting. </p>\n<h2>External Job Description</h2>\n<p>All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for someone like you to join our team! As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in heling us provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks</li>\n <li>Fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.</li>\n <li>Encouraging self-help activities</li>\n <li>Implements Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support Plans</li>\n <li>Manage Individual's behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression. </li>\n <li>Keeps accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/ disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, as well as other documentation.</li>\n <li>Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments.</li>\n <li>Transporting clients or running errands for clients</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Eighteen years of age or older </li>\n <li>Pass background check</li>\n <li>Driver's license</li>\n <li>High school diploma/GED</li>\n <li>Valid Auto Insurance</li>\n <li>Great company culture</li>\n <li>Competitive pay with DailyPay Option</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement and campus partnerships</li>\n <li>Flexible work schedules close to home</li>\n <li>Retention and referral bonuses</li>\n <li>Benefits, Supplemental Plans, EAP, and 401K participation</li>\n <li>Career growth and development opportunities </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>\n<p>All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
