Help Scale the Business.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement division of Andersen Corporation — a 125-year-old brand and the most recognized name in windows and doors in North America.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In British Columbia, Renewal by Andersen is operated by the Dunn Group — a company known for aggressive growth, operational discipline, and a world-class customer experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are scaling quickly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>And we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator who wants more than just “keeping the lights on.”</p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who wants to build, improve, secure, optimize, and modernize the technology infrastructure that supports a rapidly growing organization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is an in-office role based in Vancouver, BC, where collaboration, speed, and hands-on problem solving are part of the culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity - </span>This is not a help desk role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a high-impact infrastructure role for an IT professional who enjoys ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and helping a business scale properly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will be a key technical resource responsible for maintaining and evolving our IT environment across servers, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization, cybersecurity, and cloud systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll work closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure our technology environment is stable, secure, efficient, and built for growth.</p>\n<p>You will also play a major role in:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modernizing systems and processes</li>\n<li>Driving IT projects and infrastructure improvements</li>\n<li>Strengthening cybersecurity and operational resiliency</li>\n<li>Supporting a growing user base across multiple departments</li>\n<li>Creating scalable systems instead of temporary fixes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you enjoy building structure, improving environments, and being trusted to own critical infrastructure decisions — this is the role for you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Own</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure &amp; Systems Administration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms</li>\n<li>Manage Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune</li>\n<li>Oversee VMware/Hyper-V environments and server infrastructure</li>\n<li>Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance across the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Networking &amp; Security</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPN connectivity, and wireless infrastructure</li>\n<li>Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and access control</li>\n<li>Strengthen backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes</li>\n<li>Proactively identify risks and implement preventative solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Projects &amp; Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology rollouts</li>\n<li>Evaluate and recommend new technologies that improve scalability and operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Create documentation, SOPs, diagrams, and technical runbooks</li>\n<li>Help drive automation and process improvement initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Leadership &amp; Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for technical issues</li>\n<li>Mentor junior IT team members and help elevate technical standards</li>\n<li>Partner with departments across the business to understand operational needs and deliver effective solutions</li>\n<li>Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support</li>\n<li>Strong experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)</li>\n<li>Active Directory &amp;
