    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>Clever Bee Academy is seeking a Marketing Enrollment Specialist to lead enrollment growth across our centers through strategic outreach, strong family relationships, and consistent lead nurturing. This role focuses on generating new enrollment leads through community partnerships, events, and family referrals, while ensuring inquiries are captured, tracked, and supported through enrollment using the CRM.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Duties: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Lead Generation &amp; Community Outreach</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Family Referral Growth</strong></p><p><strong>CRM Ownership &amp; Lead Nurturing</strong></p><p><strong>Enrollment Conversion &amp; Center Collaboration</strong></p><p><strong>Center Brand/Marketing Collaboration &amp; Enrollment Support</strong></p><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirement</strong>s: &bull;&nbsp;</p><p>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or related field)</p><p>2&ndash;4 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, outreach, sales, or family engagement (childcare/education experience is a plus)</p><p>Strong relationship-building and public-facing communication skills</p><p>Comfortable using CRM platforms and tracking data (HubSpot, ChildcareCRM, Procare, Brightwheel, Salesforce, or similar)</p><p>Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.</p><p>Experience working across multiple sites or teams preferred.</p><p>Passion for early childhood education and serving families</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Success Measures (KPIs)</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Monthly increase in qualified enrollment leads through grassroots and partnerships.</p><p>Monthly increase in enrollment.</p><p>Tour completion rate and tour-to-application conversion rate.</p><p>Application-to-enrollment conversion rate.&nbsp;</p><p>Number and effectiveness of community partnerships established.</p><p>&nbsp;Referral participation rate and referral-to-enrollment outcomes.&nbsp;</p><p>CRM accuracy and completion of lead follow-ups (100% capture and nurturing)</p></div></div>\n",
