          "text": "<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The Trade Compliance Coordinator supports the efficient and timely movement of goods worldwide. Ensures legal compliance and provides import/export administration and control within rules and regulations.&#xa0; Interfaces with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals</li><li>Identify and address issues that may impact customer satisfaction and work on solutions to improve the overall customer experience</li><li>Monitor and manage ticketing system for customs compliance requests and resolve quickly</li><li>Monitor compliance at all times to ensure 100% adherence to laws, regulations, corporate policy, customer policies and requirements</li><li>Verify and review shipping documents and commercial invoices received for import and export customs purposes are compliant and correct for approval and complete customs exceptions tasks as needed</li><li>Facilitate information gathering and evaluate import and export restrictions and customs compliance&#xa0; regulatory requirements related to industry&#xa0; and impacts to supply chain</li></ul><ul><li>Proactively further regional matter expertise and communicate with the teams to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations</li><li>Advise customers on import and export restrictions and customs related matters</li><li>Responsible for daily tracking of operational metrics and meeting SLAs</li><li>Quickly escalate issues and keep management up-to-date with work orders and other items as needed</li><li>Identify gaps in current processes and procedures and suggest opportunities for improvement</li><li>Keep up to date on all regulatory requirements and procedures governing the import and export of goods, other government agency requirements, export controls and prohibited and restricted goods, data analytics, emerging tools, and best practices and proactively apply new knowledge to improve processes</li><li>Support the execution of projects and drive and execute assigned individually owned projects, as needed.</li><li>Support the implementation of new business initiatives and their smooth transition between the involved Compliance Teams.</li><li>Own the documentation and tracking of project issues, action items and send follow-up as necessary to ensure project activities are completed.</li></ul>",
