nursing supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director / Manager in oversight of licensed nurses, medical secretaries, medical assistants, as well as regular Registered Nursing duties when required.  The nursing supervisor directs, supports, and guides staff on expectations, policies and standard operating procedures, and required training.  The nurse supervisor maintains rapport throughout the organization with all employees and assists in mediating resolutions when issues arise.  The nurse supervisor acts as a leader and role model through committee contributions, providing feedback and reviews of performance, problem solving, and ensuring adequate supports are in place for and efficient and positive work environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: style=\"font-size: 15px\">Accountable for demonstrating the qualities outlined in the “Customer Service Standards of Excellence” program when interacting with patients, their families and friends, and fellow employees</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Works closely with all members of the management team in coordination Clinic process improvements when necessary to promote organization growth </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrates behaviors that promote a positive work environment</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assures that pertinent information is effectively communicated to staff and management</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provides direct clinical education and software support to new and Experience Equivalent to:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">High School Diploma or GED </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Graduate of an approved school of Registered Nursing or Licensed Vocational Nursing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Unrestricted license/compact license to practice in the State of Texas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">BLS/ACLS Certified</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Skills and Abilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span
