    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>As a Business Analyst on our Agile software development team, you will apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to define business requirements to deliver business value to the customer. Perform business analytic functions including, but not limited to; requirements elicitation, business process analysis, change management and project support. Successfully complete straight-forward tasks and smaller, well-scoped challenges independently, and identify appropriate actions and modify guidelines that have been provided to address a challenge. Apply strong communication skills to build relationships, connect people, and support team members.</p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews and product analysis to gather business requirements via workshops, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods to define business needs.</li><li>Requirement Documentation &amp; Process Analysis: Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to support user stories/ requirements and to provide direction to the project team, including developers and testers.</li><li>Strategic Analysis: Understand business needs in order to review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.</li><li>Works with Agile Team: Work closely with the development team to transform business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring they are well-defined, testable, and aligned with project goals.</li><li>Assist in the validation and testing of deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements and customer expectations.</li><li>Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the business, development teams, fostering open and effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.</li><li>Supports Release Train Product Manager/Product Owner with backlog refinement and definition of work that provides business value to the customer.</li><li>Facilitate demonstrations and training to end users for modified and new systems/technologies.</li><li>Lead and motivate members of the project team.</li><li>Implement and keep up-to-date with business analysis best practices.</li><li>Develop a strong business knowledge.</li><li>Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>SUPERVISION RECEIVED</strong></p><p>Supervision is received from the Senior Product Owner or higher in the Product family.</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years&rsquo; experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Highly motivated self-starter.</li><li>Proficiency in requirement management tools and agile project management software.</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization.</li><li>Experience in the P&amp;C Insurance industry preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Predominately sedentary office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required.</li><li>The physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.</li><li>The work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. &nbsp;In addition to base salary, this role is incentive compensation and benefits eligible, and individual salary will ultimately be determined based on individual experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location.&nbsp;</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
