They are a member of the creative team and have a keen business sense, as well as creative flair. They prepare visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts. Examples of work may include but are not limited to: visual branding for message series/events/church identity/etc., websites, graphics for LED screens, product packaging, books/workbook/magazines, advertising, and exhibitions &amp; displays.<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design &amp; Creative</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop original design concepts that communicate the church’s brand</li>\n<li>Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies</li>\n<li>Design for digital, live services, and print environments</li>\n<li>Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency</li>\n<li>Create graphics for services, sermon series, ministries, and events</li>\n<li>Collaborate with videographers to produce graphics for motion and screen use</li>\n<li>Ensure all visual content is engaging, clear, and aligned with the message being communicated</li>\n<li>Participate in creative planning for sermon series and major events (Easter, Christmas, etc.)</li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects, incorporating feedback and meeting deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service &amp; Event Support</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Support social media and marketing efforts with visual content</li>\n<li>Be available during services and events for last-minute graphic updates</li>\n<li>Prepare and format visuals for live production</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brand Stewardship &amp; Organization</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Present ideas for design concepts to be used in branding projects</li>\n<li>Prepare final files for print, digital, and screen use</li>\n<li>Maintain organized design files and asset libraries</li>\n<li>Ensure brand consistency across all materials</li>\n<li>Help develop and refine templates and visual standards</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, &amp; ABILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and heart of a servant leader.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Must have a desire and understanding of research, documentation, and policy development.</li>\n<li>Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.</li>\n<li>Excellent relational, communication and organizational skills and maintains a positive, can-do attitude; values personal growth and development; and demonstrates passion for positive change/willingness to grow and change with Elevate Life Church.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats and build and maintain strong relationships.</li>\n<li>Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary</li>\n<li>Strong project management or organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in MSOffice Suite</li>\n<li>Ability to edit &amp; create graphics, reels, and email designs.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms</li>\n</ul>",
