This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross-functional technology teams to architect solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem that drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, enterprise integration experience, and a strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Functions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and custom platform capabilities.</li>\n<li>Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.</li>\n<li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.</li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, and integration teams.</li>\n<li>Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.</li>\n<li>Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices for data modeling, security, governance, automation, release management, and DevOps processes.</li>\n<li>Evaluate current-state architecture and recommend improvements to scalability, maintainability, and system performance.</li>\n<li>Lead solution reviews, technical design sessions, and architecture governance processes.</li>\n<li>Support estimation, project planning, risk assessment, and technical delivery management for Salesforce initiatives.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements across all Salesforce solutions.</li>\n<li>Stay current on Salesforce platform innovations and recommend emerging technologies and capabilities that align with business strategy.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with enterprise architecture and IT leadership to align Salesforce solutions with broader technology strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.</li>\n<li>Deep expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform customization.</li>\n<li>Strong experience designing Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing, customer support, and other enterprise systems.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce security architecture.</li>\n<li>Proven experience leading complex Salesforce implementations with multiple stakeholders and large-scale user bases.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategies.</li>\n<li>Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional technology teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA certification.</li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds and advanced platform capabilities.</li>\n<li>Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud integration patterns.</li>\n<li>Experience leading digital transformation or CRM modernization initiatives.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, AI/Einstein capabilities, and customer data platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance.</li>\n<li>Strong mentoring and team leadership experience across distributed technical teams.</li>\n<li>Experience working in hybrid cloud and multi-system enterprise environments.</li>\n<li>MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
