The teacher explains complex concepts simply and enriches classroom time by using a variety of instructional methods. Classroom teachers encourage students to be curious and to have respect for the world and all that God has created.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Have obtained a Bachelor’s degree</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">State-level teacher certification preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Spiritual Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">All faculty and staff shall:</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Have received Jesus Christ as his/her Savior</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Believe that the Bible is God’s Word and standard for faith and daily living</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Be in agreement with the school’s </span><a href=\"https://barabooccs.org/faculty-staff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Doctrinal Statement</span></a><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> and </span><a href=\"https://ccsbaraboo.squarespace.com/config/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Christian philosophy of education</span></a></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Be a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions toward others.
