          "text": "<p><strong>Turner &amp; Townsend&#xa0;</strong>is seeking an experienced<strong> 'On Site'&#xa0;Construction</strong>&#xa0;<strong>QA/QC Project Manager </strong>to lead and oversee the construction activities and review the quality aspects of complex construction/renovation projects in northern Vermont. &#xa0;The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent project delivery, particularly in quality assurance, quality control, and on-site project management within the construction industry.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Support internal teams and stakeholders, overseeing construction efforts, and progress reporting.</li><li>Manage contracts and budgets, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.</li><li>Develop and coordinate detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.</li><li>Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits.</li><li>Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environment issues.</li><li>Proactively manage construction risks and coordinate GC actions on risk.</li><li>Review drawings for constructability and provide construction input during early project phases.</li><li>Create and coordinate monthly, daily, and event reporting for the construction team.</li><li>Issue meeting minutes and documentation for site progress and other required meetings.</li><li>Coordinate and support the RFI and submittal process, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.</li><li>Assist the clients with PM coordinating construction efforts to support safety, QA/QC, and labor relations programs.</li><li>Establish success criteria for the project, focusing on time, cost, technical, and quality performance.</li><li>Support contractors and purchasing strategy development and execution.</li><li>Act as project schedule owner or support the scheduler, tracking critical actions and milestones.</li><li>Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to track and report progress.</li><li>Review as-built documents and other closeout items with project teams.</li><li>Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance records.</li><li>Ensure integration of battery systems with existing factory infrastructure.</li><li>Monitor and report on health and safety aspects of battery retrofit activities, ensuring alignment with project standards and regulations.</li><li>SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>MUST BE US Citizen or Green Card holder.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience</li><li>In lieu of the education background noted above, candidates who can demonstrate 10 years' experience in the above disciplines will be considered.</li><li>Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, CCM, or PMP.</li><li>Proven experience in implementing and monitoring construction projects with QA/QC plans and/or contractor site safety plans.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are managed to the right quality standards, completed efficiently, and on time.</li><li>Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.</li><li>Ensure key information and data are effectively shared and appropriately retained.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>",
