Your role is to be the beacon of hope and the guide they rely on, leaving a lasting impression that meets and exceeds their expectations. This position is a perfect blend of operational responsibilities and customer service, requiring both administrative skills and a personable approach.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements that are fair and beneficial.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payment processes.</li><li>Work with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills, ensuring our clients’ financial ease.</li><li>Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates and fostering a positive experience throughout the closure of their case.</li><li>Help to amplify our firm's presence by obtaining social media reviews and recommendations from clients.</li><li>Complete various administrative tasks to close client files efficiently and effectively.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>REQUIRED: Must speak/read fluent Spanish and English.</strong></li><li>2+ years of recent employment. </li><li>Preferred: 1+ years of experience- Customer Service, Client Services, or Hospitality.</li><li>Understanding of Excel.</li><li>A spirited and outgoing personality with a knack for teamwork and client interaction.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Total Compensation Package:</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly + Bonuses</li><li>Full health insurance coverage and life insurance (100% paid by the firm)</li><li>FSA/HSA</li><li>Dental & Vision</li><li>Generous paid time off and paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with employer matching</li><li>Monday to Friday work schedule with no weekends</li></ul><p><br> </p><p><strong>If you're ready to contribute your talents as part of one of Texas's fastest-growing personal injury firms while enhancing your skills within a dynamic environment—apply today! </strong></p>",
