Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>15 days of PTO</li>\n <li>9 Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>401k + Employer Match</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Wellness App with reimbursement of up to $500 per year </li>\n <li>Profit Sharing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Location:  </strong>Santa Clara, CA</p>\n<p><strong>Hours:  </strong>Day shift, Monday - Friday </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Warehouse Specialist are responsible for the timely and accurate shipping, receiving and physical movement of product to and from storage locations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspects cartons/product for damages and notes on receiving paperwork</li>\n <li>Scans product to a defined warehouse location and places product safely and securely</li>\n <li>Capable of reading, understanding, and executing internal processes</li>\n <li>Using hand heal RF Scanner to ensure proper inventory updates</li>\n <li>Cleans, stages and tags product</li>\n <li>Loads (lift, maneuver) and moves (push, pull) product though warehouse and into/from trailers</li>\n <li>Maintains a safe work area by sweeping, dusting, and removing (picking up) waste material</li>\n <li>Verifies and signs for deliveries at receiving dock</li>\n <li>Fully complies with the company’s safety instructions and procedures, including timely reporting of any accidents, injuries or incidents involving physical injury or illness</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><u>Education/Experience</u></p>\n<p>High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1+ years previous experience in warehouse and/or inventory control operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified, or ability to be certified for forklift and order picker operation</li>\n <li>Familiar with operating non-power equipment (pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks)</li>\n <li>Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing</li>\n <li>Must be able to work under pressure in deadline driven situations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Physical Requirements</u></p>\n<p>Seeing, color and depth perception, hearing/listening, clear speech, touching, ability to move distances within and between warehouses/offices, ability to mount and dismount forklift/truck, pushing/pulling, ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Work Environment</u></p>\n<p>Generally, works in a warehouse environment with moderate noise, changing temperatures,</p>\n<p>and around mechanical equipment and moving objects.
