Provide progress reports for all shipboard and local activities. Assist in directing the day-to-day tasks of lower-level employees. Provide feedback to management as requested. Perform tasking with minimal supervision. Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Travel as required. Managing and performing IFF system assessments such as ALOA’s, CSSQT’s, and MCA’s. Supporting IFF Mode S and OE-120B/UPX system upgrades on board Navy ships",
