    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The main purpose of the Red Seal Millwright is to be responsible for safely repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment for the Ball Mill at the Sugar Zone Mine.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Areas of Responsibility &amp; Accountability</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety </span></p>\n<p>·         Ensure safe work systems/procedures are always practised and adhered to ensuring duties are performed in a manner that minimises risk to self, employees, and contractors.</p>\n<p>·         Maintain exemplary standard of housekeeping at all times, safe work, incident/accident reporting &amp; active involvement in safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.</p>\n<p>·         Abide by and proactively comply with Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and systems, as well as all relevant legislation.</p>\n<p>·         Understand and familiarise oneself with site Emergency evacuation procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company / Leadership</span></p>\n<p>·         Display conduct which is aligned with company Core Values, Policies and Procedures.</p>\n<p>·         Initiate and provide input into company directives in collaboration with the Site Management team.</p>\n<p>·         Communicate department obligations and conditions to the leadership team, ensuring specific understanding and accountability.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behaviour / Attitude</span></p>\n<p>·         Support and follow all lawful instructions/directives from direct supervisor.</p>\n<p>·         Maintain a high level of professionalism and take responsibility for own conduct and behaviour in the workplace.</p>\n<p>·         Ensure good, clear lines of communication between all stakeholders, including the Site Management team, co-workers and contractors</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge / Skills / Duties</span></p>\n<p>·         Review and troubleshoot hydraulic systems through the use of drawings or schematics</p>\n<p>·         Maintain and repair machinery, loading pockets, dewatering pumps and main ventilation fans</p>\n<p>·         Identify issues through preventive maintenance processes to determine future work requirements</p>\n<p>·         Undertake pipe fitting, threaded, Victaulic, Hugger and HDPE applications</p>\n<p>·         Mentor Apprentices at all stages through their apprenticeships</p>\n<p>·         Assist with familiarizing new employees and contractors to the equipment and surroundings</p>\n<p>·         Provide input and/or suggestions into potential equipment improvements</p>\n<p>·         Correctly &amp; thoroughly complete all required documentation and affix signature to work performed</p>\n<p>·         Complete work order requirements, report writing, 5 point cards etc.</p>\n<p>·         Perform rigging and hoisting as required</p>\n<p>·         Perform coupling and sheave alignment, straight edges/feeler gauges, dial indicators, laser</p>\n<p>·         Utilize bearing applications and installation, clearance adjustment and care</p>\n<p>·         Undertake all types of pump wet end overhauls and settings</p>\n<p>·         Perform basic welding as needed, including oxygen/acetylene</p>\n<p>·         Undertake proper oil sampling when required and take action accordingly</p>\n<p>·         Undertake vibration analysis when required to – identify problems early of the PF curve</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teamwork</span></p>\n<p>·         Work collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals – both within own department and site wide</p>\n<p>·         Leverage off and use the talent and knowledge within the team to resolve problems.</p>\n<p>·         Share gained experience and knowledge of work in progress</p>\n<p>·         Attend and participate constructively in daily line-ups, safety meetings</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning &amp; Organisation</span></p>\n<p>·         Prioritise and completes tasks accurately as to specifications as assigned by direct supervisor within expected timeframes.</p>\n<p>·         Proactively identify and address hazards before they arise as issues.</p>\n<p>·         Proactively identify Preventive Maintenance assignments work to be scheduled</p>\n<p>·         Be punctual to work and all required meetings.</p>\n<p>·         Undertake other duties as lawfully instructed</p>",
