Our DevSecOps and Cloud Computing Subject Matter Experts are the top leaders in the industry who deliver on more than just the bottom line.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and coordinate technical delivery within development teams, building, fostering, and maintaining leading edge engineering practices.  </li>\n <li>Oversee the design and implementation for the overall architecture of the solutions.  </li>\n <li>Work with the development team to implement a robust set of services and APIs to power digital products.  </li>\n <li>Develop architectural solutions for databases, user interfaces, and web services.  </li>\n <li>Conceptualize software solutions to address customer needs.  </li>\n <li>Evaluate and propose platforms and coding standards to be used in project development.  </li>\n <li>Evaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for improvement.  </li>\n <li>Guide modifications/modernization of existing software to upgrade performance or re-platforming to an Azure or AWS environment.  </li>\n <li>Provide project governance across the enterprise.  </li>\n <li>Analyze business needs, develop requirements, design, develop and test custom software solutions.  </li>\n <li>Provide technical leadership and take multiple systems and cross system integration into account when designing and developing solutions.  </li>\n <li>Assume maintenance of software applications already in production or currently under development.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience with hands-on software development experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft Tech Stack  </li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in leading full Agile SDLC software development projects </li>\n <li>3+ years of hands-on experience building large scalable web and mobile based applications using React.  </li>\n <li>Proven experience with cloud platforms. </li>\n <li>Professional experience developing applications with Java, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of creating single page applications using frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js  </li>\n <li>Experience creating RESTful web services  </li>\n <li>Experience designing and implementing cloud native applications on AWS or Azure  </li>\n <li>Experienced in creating Microservices  </li>\n <li>Experience with agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices  </li>\n <li>Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture  </li>\n <li>Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods  </li>\n <li>Familiarity with UI/UX design  </li>\n <li>Understanding of software quality assurance principles  </li>\n <li>A technical mindset with great attention to detail  </li>\n <li>Experience providing strategic technical consulting to senior Federal customers  </li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) to a wide range of stakeholders including the CIO, Branch Chiefs, and staff  </li>\n <li>Experience with SQL Server and IIS  </li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  <strong>Desired Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in DevSecOps using industry tools such as Jenkins, AWS, etc.  </li>\n <li>Effective management of multiple simultaneous projects  </li>\n <li>Experience with Scaled Agile Framework  </li>\n <li>Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Microservices architecture  </li>\n <li>Cloud computing expertise  </li>\n <li>Experience with full stack development including frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Rockville, MD (Hybrid)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Band:</strong> $165,000-175,000 (Depending on experience)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This role is pending program award. </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About CVP</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CVP is an award-winning healthcare and next-gen technology and consulting services firm solving critical problems for healthcare, national security, and public sector clients.
