Our focus is on servicing the software needs of the Government and medium-to-large enterprise sector.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Radical Systems requires experienced business analysts with experience in many of the following areas:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops</li>\n<li>analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements</li>\n<li>managing requirements traceability</li>\n<li>supporting a team of software developers throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying and communicating requirements, and filling knowledge gaps</li>\n<li>evaluating off the shelf solutions for their ability to meet client requirements</li>\n<li>working with test analysts to develop test scenarios from requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To join our team, you will have many or all of the following attributes:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>an appreciation of the processes involved in developing and/or implementing business systems</li>\n<li>strong aptitude and demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail</li>\n<li>great written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>experience working closely with software developers and/or other business system implementation project team members</li>\n<li>comfort working in both waterfall and agile projects</li>\n<li>IIBA or other business analysis certifications</li>\n<li>a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>top hourly rates, comparable with anywhere in Australia</li>\n<li>access to the support and knowledge of dozens of senior technical and business colleagues working alongside you</li>\n<li>funding to support your professional development (training courses, events)</li>\n<li>access to online learning platforms including a subscription to Pluralsight</li>\n<li>flexibility and work/life balance including mutually agreed periods of working from home or remotely</li>\n<li>opportunities to fast track your career and move into other roles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You must be a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">permanent resident</span><span> </span>or<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Australian Citizen</span><span> </span>to be considered for this role.
