This position may be assigned to laundry services or other EVS areas as needed and is expected to maintain flexibility in supporting all EVS assignments to accommodate business needs.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared, flat surfaces.</li>\n <li>Performs general housekeeping duties of common areas as directed by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.</li>\n <li>Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.</li>\n <li>Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Maintains resident confidentiality at all times.</li>\n <li>Cross-trains in all EVS assignments, including laundry and cottages. All positions are expected to assist in all departmental assignments needed to accommodate business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand, communicate effectively, and follow instructions in English is required.</li>\n <li>Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Please Note:&nbsp;</strong>Consideration for an interview requires a <strong><u>resume</u> submission</strong>.</p>\n<p><i>All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.&nbsp;</i></p>\n<p><i>EEO Employer</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
