EBAC strives to reduce barriers that contribute to disparities in wellness for socio-economically disadvantaged and racially marginalized families and to create communities where all children and families have support systems to reach their full potential.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">EBAC was established in 1952 when a group of parents of children with special needs wanted to give their children the same educational and recreational opportunities that contribute to the physical well-being and social growth of all children. We are seeking qualified candidates for <strong>Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract</strong> opportunities to support students&rsquo; participation in academic, social, and daily living activities throughout Alameda County.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Employment Options</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Full-Time Employee (FTE):</strong> 40 hours per week. Eligible for the full comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus.
