This role partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Training, and Risk Management to reduce workplace incidents, strengthen regulatory compliance, improve accountability, and embed safety into daily store operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Safety Director serves as a hands-on operational leader who works directly with District Managers, Store Managers, and field associates to create practical, sustainable safety processes that support both business performance and employee well-being.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1. Safety Program Leadership</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and implement a standardized company-wide safety program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish safety policies, procedures, and operational expectations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build scalable safety systems to support company growth and acquisitions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote a proactive safety culture across all locations</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2. Incident Management &amp; Risk Reduction</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Standardize incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review workplace injuries, near misses, and claims to identify trends and root causes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with Operations and HR to implement corrective actions and reduce repeat incidents</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage incident escalation protocols and response expectations</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3. Compliance &amp; Regulatory Oversight</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable state safety requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain oversight of OSHA logs, reporting obligations, and documentation practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with HR and Risk Management on workers&rsquo; compensation and safety-related compliance matters</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support internal audits and corrective action planning</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">6.
