The Sections of Endocrinology and Rheumatology are interprofessional academic groups specializing in providing holistic, patient-centered, and relationship-based care while shaping the future of the healthcare workforce. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working as part of a team is essential for this position. Prior advanced practice experience in either endocrinology or rheumatology is required. This position will oversee both the endocrinology and rheumatology teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The candidate hired into this role will perform the clinical duties of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) while leading and managing other APP personnel in clinical, research, and educational arenas to support the mission and vision of the department and the health system. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The APP Lead will report directly to the Section Chief and to the Dartmouth Health Office of Advanced Practice Providers as a department representative. The APP Lead will also be expected to collaborate with other members of the endocrinology leadership team, including the Nurse Manager and Practice Manager.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Licensure/Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program and national certification by the NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire licensure</li>\n <li>Eligible for Federal DEA Registration</li>\n <li>Five years of clinical experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Our Community:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Embrace the diversity of all four seasons, from the vibrant colors of fall foliage and the crisp winter snow to the blossoming renewal of spring and the warmth of summer.
