Serving as the primary Sodexo representative for a defined geographic area, this leader will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and strong client and customer relationships.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will reside in or near <strong>Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse, NY</strong>, and bring deep experience in multi-site leadership within food service or campus dining environments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As <strong>District Manager 2,</strong> you will lead and inspire a team of General Managers and frontline employees across several accounts, ensuring overall operational success, including financial performance, client satisfaction, and employee development. This role requires a strategic, influential leader who can build strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring consistent delivery of Sodexo’s high standards. You will work closely with the Vice President and clients to maintain contract compliance, strengthen relationships, and drive long-term account retention.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE! \n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams across multiple campus accounts</li>\n <li>Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention</li>\n <li>Collaborate with clients and senior leadership on contract execution and operational strategy</li>\n <li>Develop and execute district-wide business plans aligned with organizational goals</li>\n <li>Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and operational excellence</li>\n <li>Oversee employee engagement, training, and succession planning</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement across accounts</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
