    "description": "<p>Seeking LCSW/LSW and/or LPC/LACs for community-based  outpatient clinic located in Clifton.  Friendly, supportive environment.  Shifts available Monday-Saturday with option for both in-office and at-home work.  Delivery of both in-person and telehealth services.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform comprehensive intake assessments.  </li>\n<li>Provide therapy.  </li>\n<li>Collaborate with dynamic inter-disciplinary team.</li>\n<li>Partner with clients in meaningful treatment planning.</li>\n<li>Collect and communicate clinical information necessary to secure authorization for services with funding entities.</li>\n<li>Perform all written documentation including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, status reports, etc. as required and within expected timeframes.</li>\n<li>Secure releases and collaborate with external providers and significant others to coordinate regarding issued connected to content of individualized treatment plan.</li>\n<li>Be amenable to supervision, including seeking consultation, as appropriate, and being invested in ongoing effort to improve service provision, and personal skill set.</li>\n<li>Contribute to a positive and supportive team climate.</li>\n<li>Supervision for LCSW and LPC licensure provided.  </li>\n</ul>",
